UnWild Planet shall not be responsible for the services rendered by such third-party operators.

A booking is confirmed only once your itinerary has been finalised, you have expressly accepted the proposed terms including the booking terms communicated to you via our representatives, and we have issued a written confirmation.

(b) Payments- Payments are not processed through the website. Any payment towards a booking shall be made through the payment methods and instructions separately communicated by our representatives. A booking shall be considered confirmed only upon receipt of the applicable deposit or full payment, as specified in the booking confirmation.

(c) Cancellation- Cancellation terms will be communicated to you at the time of booking and may vary depending on the nature of the itinerary, third-party service providers, and applicable contractual terms. Any cancellation request must be submitted in writing and shall be subject to UnWild Planet’s cancellation policy, applicable cancellation charges, will shall be determined in accordance with the agreed terms and may include non- refundable costs imposed by third-party suppliers.

(d) We reserve the right to cancel or modify bookings in certain circumstances, including but not limited to operational requirements or events beyond our reasonable control. In such cases, any refunds or alternative arrangements will be subject to the terms agreed at the time of booking and the policies of the relevant third party service providers.

7. TRAVELLER RESPONSIBILITIES

You are responsible for ensuring that you possess valid travel documents, including passports and visas, meet all health and vaccination requirements, obtain appropriate travel insurance, health insurance and comply with all applicable laws and regulations. You acknowledge that participation in adventure travel involves inherent risks and agree to assume full responsibility for such risks.

Certain expeditions, including those to remote regions such as Antarctica, require a reasonable level of physical fitness. You agree to disclose any medical conditions that may affect your ability to participate.
