This active Antarctic expedition ventures deep into the remote Weddell Sea, one of the most ice-filled and wildlife-rich regions of the continent. Designed for adventurous travellers, the voyage combines classic expedition cruising with hands-on activities such as kayaking, camping on the Antarctic ice, hiking and wildlife photography. With flexible routing based on ice and weather conditions, each journey becomes a true exploration of Antarctica’s untamed wilderness.
Arrive in Ushuaia and board your expedition ship, setting sail from the southernmost city in the world toward Antarctica.
Sail across the Drake Passage while attending expedition briefings, spotting seabirds and whales, and preparing for the adventure ahead.
Enter the spectacular Weddell Sea region where towering tabular icebergs, seals and penguin colonies await. Enjoy Zodiac landings, kayaking excursions, photography workshops, and the opportunity to camp overnight on the Antarctic ice.
Begin the journey back toward South America, continuing wildlife spotting and reflecting on your expedition experiences.
Arrive back in Ushuaia and disembark, marking the end of your Antarctic adventure.
