Contracts & Communication

All contracts sent to clients will be written in English, establishing prices with their conditions, passenger base, service details, hotel category, included and excluded services as well as any specific policies detailed below. Every client agreement is valid only if written.

Booking Confirmation & Pricing Statement

For every reservation, UNWILD PLANET will confirm actual bookings through a Booking Confirmation & Pricing Statement (BC & PS) containing the detail of items included with our services and their price, status, passenger base, service description, accommodation type and category, included services, and any other relevant information for the reservation. UNWILD PLANET will provide only the services included in the BC&PS. Each time a reservation is modified, a new BC&PS will be issued for the client. For any given reservation, only the latest BC&PS will be valid. Please note that bookings will be confirmed only after deposit is received basis the latest BC&PS. UNWILD PLANET reserves the right to charge for any undue escalation in prices over and above the terms defined in BC&PS.

Last minute changes and requests

Any reservation or booking changes requested within 7 days of the passenger’s arrival date (Last Minute Request) may apply an NPR 5000 fee. In all cases, force majeure situations will be specially treated.

Payment and Cancellation Policy

  • If any prepayment is needed, the client will be informed by UNWILD PLANET’s Account Executives/Assistants about payment schedule, cancellations and/or modification charges
  • Prepayments to service providers will be made only with money effectively accredited in UNWILD PLANET’s account on behalf of the client
For International Group/Customized Travel

Payment Policy

30% of the total amount should be paid at the time of the confirmation. All accounts should be paid in full no less than 60 consecutive days prior to the commencement of tour.

Any flight bookings, which are a part of the tour, will have to be paid in full at the time of confirmation.

Cancellation Policy for One or more Travelers

More than 60 days prior to the departure

A refund will be given, except for any non-refundable fees and/or deposits   already paid to the providers

Between 59 and 30 days prior to the departure

50% of the total invoice of the cancelled passenger(s) shall be retained as the cancellation fee

Between 29 and 15 days prior to the departure

70% of the total invoice of the cancelled passenger(s) shall be retained as the cancellation fee

Less than 15 days prior to the departure

No refund

For Polar Expeditions

Payment Policy

USD 3000 deposit must be paid at the time of the confirmation. All accounts should be paid in full no less than 150 consecutive days prior to the commencement of tour.

Any flight bookings, which are a part of the tour, will have to be paid in full at the time of confirmation.

Cancellation Policy for One or more Travelers

More than 180 days prior to the departure

A refund will be given, except for USD 1500 cancellation fee and/or deposits   already paid to the providers

Between 179 and 120 days prior to the departure

 USD 3000 cancellation fee, provided final payment has been made

Less than 120 days prior to the group’s arrival

No refund, provided final payment has been made

 

For Domestic Group/Customized Travel

Payment Policy

Any flight bookings, which are a part of the tour, will have to be paid in full at the time of confirmation.
